Leslee Francis has worked as a fly fishing guide in the area of Aspen, Colorado, since 1990. Over more than 30 years, including 20 years as the area’s only female guide, Leslee Francis has gained extensive experience in wading and floating fly fishing. At the Aspen Skiing Company, she teaches skiers at every skill level.

Since 2022, Ms. Francis has worked as an outreach director for the local nonprofit Rock and Roll Academy. Her efforts as a grant writer and fundraiser yielded $20,000 in her first year. She raises additional funds by collaborating with local businesses on health-based youth programming.

Ms. Francis was an All-State volleyball player at Aspen High School. She continued her education at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a bachelor of science in journalism. She is an active philanthropist in the local community and a member of groups such as the Professional Ski Instructors of America.
